Platinum

Our most inclusive package with the full design experience.
This package includes 3 in person meetings with the designer to review and discuss the vision for your project. You can expect the meetings to last 90 minutes.
A full Schedule of Finishes (SOF) for your design. The SOF is a document that specifically outlines every aspect of your home design. Everything from paint colors, fabric, cabinet handles, trim profiles, etc. We will sit down with you to go over each element to ensure it matches your vision of your home. Because the details are not little things, they make the design.
Personalized shopping list for your designed space, each piece hand selected to fit your vision.
Designer will work with you to determine allowances and shop for new selections and finishes as needed.
We will personally see to every aspect of your project. If you are renovating, we will monitor the project and be your advocate to ensure the design is respected. If you want your space to be staged, we will bring our expert crew in and have it ready to show off in no time.

Full hands on designer experience.
This package includes up to 3 in person meetings with the designer to review and discuss the vision for your project. You can expect the meetings to last 90 minutes or so. One of these meeting times could be used to shop in person together to curate your design elements.
A full Schedule of Finishes for your home will specifically outline every element. Everything from paint colors, fabric, cabinet handles, trim profiles, etc... We will sit down with you to go over each detail to ensure it matches your vision of your home. Because the details are not little things, they make the design. (Up to 3 rooms in this package. Additional rooms will be a $150.00 charge each.)

This package does not include the designer staging or overseeing construction projects.
Silver
From $ 400.00 to $ 800.00
This is your opportunity to have full access to the designers mind and get all your burning questions answered. A more relaxed consultation without building all the lists.
1 design meeting averaging 90 minute meeting with the designer.
Identify your decorating style.
Have a trained eye look over your shoulder and give advice on colors, textures, placement, layout and finishes.
Walk away with a mood board, or placement sketch and a list of your choices.
B. Home Co is a design and build company. We have an in-house crew of amazing builders to help each project come to life. If you use any of our design packages and then sign with our builders, your design package rolls into your down payment. So if we design your kitchen space, then build it, we will take the price of your design out of the 10% project down payment.
