Originally built in 1948 the home was 1600 sq ft and full of charm. The property was in a great location for a flip and was ready for new life.
The plan was to find a property in a good location, build something really magnificent on it, and flip it.
Having the second property also allowed everyone to move out of the primary home while it underwent construction.
