As Assistant Project Manager, Nancy oversees field check-ins, site visits, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and maintains clear, consistent client communication throughout each project.
Nancy Marquez has been part of B. Home Co since 2022, helping keep projects organized and moving forward while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
A Lebanon, Tennessee native, Nancy has been interested in construction and remodeling for as long as she can remember. Her interest grew in high school when she took an introductory construction class and gained hands-on experience with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and architectural drafting. She quickly discovered how much she enjoyed both the hands-on work and creative side of construction.
Nancy especially enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and being someone clients can count on. She believes B. Home Co stands out because the team truly cares about its clients and treats every home as if it were their own.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys traveling, going to the gym, watching movies and shows, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves photography, especially weddings and interior design; in fact, many of the beauty shots featured on the B. Home Co. website are captured by her. At home, she has Artemis, her goofy dog who never seems to get enough attention.
