As Office Manager, she handles everything from emails, phone calls, and paperwork to purchasing, Human Resources, and supporting the rest of the B. Home Co team.
Jennifer Poore has been part of B. Home Co since 2025, helping keep the day-to-day operations of the company organized and running smoothly.
Originally from Cookeville, Tennessee, Jennifer moved to Nashville after spending time working as a private music teacher. She was looking for a position that offered more consistent hours while still allowing her to use her organizational skills and work with a great team.
Jennifer enjoys the positive atmosphere at B. Home Co and the way everyone is willing to have each other's backs. She especially enjoys creating clarity and consistency so that coworkers, clients, and trade partners have what they need to do their jobs well. She believes B. Home Co stands out because of its commitment to continually learning, improving, and working closely with clients throughout the process.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, taking walks, and going to concerts. She is also a musician with a degree in classical guitar performance and continues to teach guitar and voice. One of her favorite adventures was living in England for nine months in 2024.
