Start with a simple 15-minute conversation.
We want to understand your goals, your space, and your vision. If you can, send us photos and measurements in advance—it helps us provide a more accurate estimated budget and share what similar projects typically cost.
Meet with Brystol (Interior Designer) or Philip (General Contractor).
This in-depth consultation is where we dig into design ideas, construction options, and creative solutions tailored to your home. ($150)
2. On-Site Consultation
3. Project Design Agreement
Clarity before creativity.
Based on your goals, we’ll send a realistic budget range and a Project Design Agreement (think of it like a retainer). Once signed, the design phase can begin with confidence.
4. Design Phase
Your vision takes shape.
You’ll work side-by-side with our designer to develop building plans, realistic renderings, and a detailed scope of work. Your designer works closely with our project managers to ensure the design aligns with your budget—so there are no surprises down the line.
5. Final Budget
Design meets planning.
With your space fully designed, our project management team builds a final construction budget and project schedule. This includes on-site visits with our trusted trade partners. At this stage, your budget becomes official and we’re ready to build.

A project manager oversees the build and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. Your designer remains involved to ensure every detail matches your vision. Together, we turn your plans into reality—with craftsmanship and care.
